These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved by negotiation. If unresolved, either party may refer to the competent courts in the UAE or any dispute resolution body agreed in writing.
2. Shipping Policy
Delivery Zones
We ship from the UAE to destinations across the Middle East (and other countries as selected at checkout). For shipments outside the UAE, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes and clearance fees.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within up to 3 business days (unless otherwise specified) after payment confirmation, excluding UAE public holidays. Delivery time depends on the courier and destination and will be estimated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. If items are lost in transit, refunds or replacements will be subject to courier investigation and confirmation that goods were not delivered.
Free Shipping & Promotions
Free shipping or other shipping-promotions appear at checkout and may change from time to time. Any change in shipping promotion will comply with the UAE Consumer Protection Regulations.
3. Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
Under UAE law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations), consumers have the right to return, repair, replace or refund goods that are defective, do not conform to description, or were unsafe.
Change of Mind / Size / Style
We accept exchanges or returns of items within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original packaging with tags intact, and you have proof of purchase. (You cover return shipping, unless otherwise noted in a promotion.)
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, personalised items) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping costs (outbound) are non-refundable unless your return is due to our error or defective product.
Price Adjustment for Promotions
If a price reduction/promotion occurs within 7 days of your purchase and you were not informed at time of purchase, you may be entitled to the difference if you apply within 30 days of purchase.
